Overview
The TONDI Pre-TGE Contributor Round is an invitation-only strategic allocation before the mainnet Token Generation Event. Participants receive tTONDI (testnet voucher tokens), representing 30% of the testnet total supply (9B tTONDI). These tokens will be converted to mainnet TONDI at a 10:1 ratio during the official TGE, resulting in 0.9B mainnet TONDI tokens (3% of mainnet supply) allocated to early contributors.

Participation & TGE Process
From Purchase to Mainnet TGE
tTONDI must be claimed within 90 days post-TGE or will be automatically burned. Self-claim is required through the official portal.
Token Allocation and Fund Utilization Plan
The funds raised through the Pre-TGE Contributor Round will be strategically allocated to ensure the continued growth and development of the TONDI ecosystem. These funds will primarily support the following key initiatives:
Developer Fund (DevFund)
A significant portion of the raised capital will be directed towards the DevFund, which is designed to empower and incentivize developers contributing to the TONDI ecosystem. This fund will support the development of core protocols, smart contracts, and innovative solutions that drive the success of the network.
Tondi Relay Network Infrastructure
The TONDI Relay Network, a high-performance layer essential for the scalability and security of the TONDI ecosystem, will receive dedicated investment for its development. The Relay network will ensure the efficient processing of transactions and facilitate seamless integration between layers, ensuring TONDI's infrastructure is future-proof and robust for growing demand.
Ingot and Layer-2 Application Fund
A portion of the funds will be allocated towards the Ingot initiative and the development of Layer-2 applications within the TONDI ecosystem. This will include establishing a grants program to fund projects that extend the TONDI ecosystem, as well as creating a sustainable environment for innovative decentralized applications.
Community Building and Strategic Outreach
A portion of the funds will be earmarked for initial community operations, promotional activities, and strategic outreach. This will include initiatives to strengthen TONDI's community engagement, educational programs, and building partnerships with key stakeholders across the decentralized finance space.
Operational and Governance Growth
In addition, some of the funds will be used to strengthen the TONDI Foundation's internal operations and governance framework, ensuring a transparent and efficient path towards the realization of TONDI's long-term vision.
This strategic allocation will ensure that the TONDI ecosystem thrives and evolves into a sustainable, scalable, and innovative decentralized financial infrastructure.
