TONDI Community Launch

1. Verification and Distribution Timeline: Upon completion of all required tasks and successful verification of participant eligibility, the verification process shall be initiated immediately. Subject to technical requirements and compliance checks, distribution of airdrop tokens shall commence within 48 hours following task completion and verification approval. Participants acknowledge that distribution timelines may vary based on technical conditions, network congestion, and regulatory compliance requirements. The Foundation reserves the right to extend the distribution timeline in cases of force majeure, technical difficulties, or regulatory compliance obligations.

2. Distribution Mechanism and Vesting Schedule: This Round 2 Community Airdrop shall be distributed to eligible participants via Pay-to-Script-Hash (Pay2SH) format to qualified wallet addresses that have successfully completed all verification requirements. Token distribution shall be subject to a vesting schedule with an unlock period ranging from a minimum of 6 months to a maximum of 10 months from the distribution date. The specific vesting schedule, including but not limited to the unlock commencement date, unlock intervals, unlock amounts per interval, and final unlock date, shall be formally announced by the Foundation on December 24, 2025. Participants are required to maintain access to the designated wallet address for the entire vesting period. Failure to maintain access may result in forfeiture of vested tokens.

3. Eligibility Requirements and Participation Deadline: To be eligible for token distribution in this airdrop campaign, participants must complete all specified tasks in accordance with the official task requirements and guidelines provided by the Foundation. All tasks must be fully completed and verified prior to the official campaign end date of January 25, 2026, 23:59:59 UTC. Tasks completed after the campaign end date shall not be considered for eligibility. The Foundation reserves the sole right to determine task completion status and may require additional verification or documentation at its discretion. Participants who fail to meet any eligibility requirement or complete tasks within the specified timeframe shall be disqualified from participation in this airdrop round without recourse.

4. Participant Responsibilities and Compliance: Participants are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided during task completion, including but not limited to wallet addresses, social media account verification, and identity confirmation. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their respective jurisdictions. The Foundation shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or legal consequences arising from participant non-compliance with local regulations or provision of inaccurate information.

5. Foundation Rights and Limitations: The Foundation reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate this airdrop campaign at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to circumstances involving fraudulent activities, regulatory changes, technical limitations, or other unforeseen circumstances. The total airdrop pool of 10 million TONDI tokens is limited and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. The Foundation makes no guarantee regarding the value, utility, or future performance of distributed tokens. All distributions are final and non-refundable.
